Such services by LDS might be part of future versions of the LDS. For the time being, these types of services are not part of the central components of LDS.
However, as the LDS is imagined as a marketplace, it is conceivable that, independently, connectors share data with the premise of having an added value on said data by another participant entity. This would need to be concretised via specific contractual terms.
