Georg Rehm

Georg Rehm

Prof. Dr. Georg Rehm works as a Principal Researcher in the Speech and Language Technology Lab at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), in Berlin. He is also an adjunct professor at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin as well as deputy spokesperson of the DFKI Lab Berlin. Georg is the Coordinator of the EU-funded project Language Data Space (LDS; 2023-2025) and participates in a number of different national and international research project. Furthermore, Georg is active in standardisation (among others, in W3C), he’s also in his second term as the Secretary of the European Chapter of the Association for Computational Linguistics (EACL).

Georg holds a M.A. in Computational Linguistics and Artificial Intelligence, and a PhD in Computational Linguistics. He has authored, co-authored or edited more than 250 research publications.
