No. The data itself is not saved directly in the LDS, but on the providers' premises. The only way to access the data is to send a request to the data provider and accept the corresponding licence conditions.
A re-use of data within the ecosystem is possible only if the corresponding licence policy allows for this type of operation, as data products to be offered in the LDS must be under full ownership of or include clear distribution rights to the data provider.
