The LDS also provides templates and guidance that participants can resort to throughout the contract drafting phase.
Draft data-sharing agreements, data processing agreements and licence templates are supplied to the participant’s role and can be tailored to its profile. The Legal Desk also reviews clauses to ensure alignment with contractual standards and the LDS Terms & Conditions.
