The LDS Terms and Conditions compel contributors to warrant that they own, or have cleared, all relevant intellectual property rights and that no confidential information restrictions are breached. Contributors must embed an explicit licence reference in the metadata; that licence governs any reproduction, adaptation or redistribution by other participants.
