The LDS user group is one of the Governance Bodies to be established during the LDS project. It consists of European stakeholders from mainly industry, representing all market segments, but also public administration and academia.
Acting on a tactical and operational level, its main function will be to directly involve and closely liaise with the community represented by the stakeholders, in view of building up a network of actors that will actively contribute to and take advantage of the LDS according to their respective areas of expertise/experience and interest/business.
In addition, the LDS user group will coordinate the development of the LDS Blueprint, i.e., the technical building blocks of the LDS architecture and infrastructure, driving standardisation and innovation in the process.
