Upon joining, data providers are committed to accepting the LDS terms of service and are entitled to offer data products only if the are under full ownership of (or include clear distribution rights to) the stakeholder who is publishing the offer.
At a later stage, there will be guidance and support in line with the LDS to help the stakeholders to keep their data asset in line with European rules and guidelines, but the ultimate responsibility will always remain with the data providers.
