Dans le cadre de la réglementation du marché unique numérique européen, les législateurs de l'UE se sont mis d'accord sur une série d'instruments juridiques visant à favoriser le développement d'un marché européen des données et sont encore en train de discuter des futurs instruments (AI Act). Ces instruments juridiques découlent de la stratégie de la Commission européenne pour les données, qui comprend une série de résolutions, de communications connexes et de déclarations soulignant les principes qui ouvrent la voie à la législation.
Cet atelier visera à dresser un panorama des réglementations adoptées ou en cours de mise en œuvre sur le marché des données (Digital Services Act (DSA), Directive sur le droit d'auteur dans le marché unique numérique, Data Act (DA), Data Governance Act (DGA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) et Artificial Intelligence Act). Il fournira également des clés pour comprendre les interactions entre ces différents instruments juridiques, leur impact sur les paysages des espaces de données et de l'intelligence artificielle, et la manière dont ils influenceront l'économie de la donnée.
